Throughout his story he pauses to explore some of the tips he has picked up as he worked through his training. Some of these tips include avoiding injuries, avoiding dehydration, running etiquette, and many more. Being an ordinary guy, Horowitz is able to tell his motivational great story without getting overly technical.
